45 books stacked in front of the home, where Lucy Colquhoun Walford died on 11 May 1915 (17 Warwick Square, Pimlico, London). A prolific writer, she published 45 books in her lifetime whilst raising two sons and five daughters. The title of the piece is derived from the patronizing praise she received from a leading male critic of the day for embracing her \u201cprimary\u201d role as a \u201cmother\u201d, her children were\u2026 \u201dnever put aside for her work.\u201d<\/p>\n

The first in a possible series of temporary memorials\/monuments to woman.<\/p>\n
