Funk Jazz Kafé

Established in 1994, FunkJazz Kafé has been on the forefront of preserving and cultivating Soul, Funk, R&B, Jazz & Hip-Hop music serving as a collaborative and supportive space for a host of artists since its inception including Outkast, Jill Scott, Cee Lo Green, Erykah Badu, Janelle Monae, India Arie, Jamie Foxx, Bilal, Meshell Ndegeocello, Caron Wheeler, Pharoahe Monch, MC Lyte , Talib Kweli and Common.

Although the “Kafé” does not have a physical location, many of its early events were held at the landmark Tabernacle in Atlanta, GA before evolving into an “Arts & Music Festival”
