Earth Travel Apparel is my sisters clothing line her and her boyfriend created during their Sophomore year of college. At first the clothing line was entirely operated online and by venders they’d set up at festivals they would travel to in the RV that was also their home at the time. As of last summer they opened their first store in West Ocean City, Maryland but have found the most success in continuing to travel and set up pop-up vender shops. Their clothing is produced by all recycled materials and their motto for life and clothes promotes adventure and exploration to and for all. My sister has recently said to me that her and her boyfriend, Jeff have turned against the conventional brick and mortar structure for selling clothing and plan heavily in the future in going back to traveling all over the United States and setting up pop-up shops along the way. Both Blaire and Jeff feel their clothing apparel and overall brand are being suffocated behind the four walls and opened/closed doors that regulate on a traditional 9am-5pm schedule. They believe that pop-up shops mimic the same spirit of freeness and adventure that their clothing line exudes as well as their personalities.
