The documentary film, The Land, is about a playground located in Wales that would probably be most parent’s nightmares. It looks like a junk yard filled with many things children are not “typically” supposed to play and or be alone by themselves with such things as fire, nails, hammers, broken objects material, swings hovering over sharp edges, and so on. But this captivating film encourages parent’s and guardians to recognize the importance of learning risk at a young age on their own to be able to develop better and strongly rooted risk management skills as they continue to grow and mature.
